Thanks guys! A while back I saw a picture of one of these in my local Dairy Queen and knew I had to build one. After searching the internet for referance photos, I build this based on what seemed to be typical for these trucks.

Joel, The decals worked out great! Only thing that was recommended that I didn't do was add a clear coat. Since this is a work truck I didn't think a deep glossy paint job would be apropriate, so this was sprayed gloss white and decals applied.
