Well here is my current Build..Trying to get it finished by May for a build off im in on another forum...Its scratch built for the most part..Brass chassis based on a 220" wb ..My thoughts for this build were to keep it somewhat old school but still use some modern components...The engine is a Lincoln Flat head V12 with Ardun heads and fuel injection..Ardun heads were never made for the V12 so this is a fantasy engine..The trans is a TDR 2 speed lenco as well as the clutch can which was modified to fit the flat head...The oil pan ,dual mag set up, Aluminum motor plates and zoomies are scratch built pcs specific to this build..The rear is a TDR 9" as well as the calipers and brakes...The chassis is all brass construction and its just a tick over 32" long right now...I made the body out of fiberglass and its still in the putty and shaping stage...The front wheels are from a lindberg Exterminator ..i have just received my new ET lll wheels from Micro nitro and will be replacing the torque thrust in the pics... here are a few pics of where its at at present...Thanks for looking. Oh, and yeah, you kind of posted in the wrong place. You are in "under construction - in progress" which is correct, but you should have went to the specific catagory like "drag racing". It's just that where it is right now very few,if any, will see it.

Thanks all..The engine is a resin offering from Big John Hockney in San Jose Calif..he called it "Lincolnstien"..Its a nice pc...he also does a Potvin blown version of the V12 and a v-8 as well..I have the V8 too Attachment Deleted |
