Santa sent me a 34 Ford Pickup, Lindberg kit and challenged me to build a chopped rat rod out of it. It will be my first chop job. Hers my starter pic. More pics coming later.

NICE NICE NICE, great idea, some of the best rat rods i have seen are from the "WELDERUP" guys out Vegas way i think. (saw them on discovery channel). Google "welderup, you will be amazed at what they do, all diesel ratters though. can't wait to see what you do mate.

Heres the cab body before i chopped it... Here it is chopped to where i like it. Didn't chop it too much, but i think it looks good for my first chop... It is going to be an unfinished chop, so i made welds around the chop with body filler and a toothpick. Now the bodys ready to be painted, and the welds will be rusted.

Thanks Frank! Got the engine done except for the exhaust. Its a flathead V8 from the revell 50 ford pickup kit. It has trip carbs with aluminum stacks, plug wires and fuel lines. This build is coming along good and im having fun doing it.

AND....... its got welded chop top that can be seen!
