Very sharp looking ford I'm definitely gonna have to try and find one for myself lol. Thanks bud! This truck is a resin kit I bought from Iceman and was $55 shipped. I bought an original built up on eBay for about $20 less than that, but it was painted and glued and such lol. If you watch eBay enough you can find a decent deal, but be prepared to spend about $50 on one in decent condition. I've seen really clean ones sell for $100 and new untouched kits for $150+. |

Thanks Dennis and Dale! This will probably be the last work in progress pics. I've been working on detail painting the truck, here's a peek at the dash...  20141221_003157 by ratrodfanbobcat, on Flickr I was having trouble figuring out a movable steering box to go along with the posable front wheels, then I remembered I have a Wynn's Jammer dragster kit so I stole the pitman arm from it and made cowl steering.  20141221_002710 by ratrodfanbobcat, on Flickr Then I made a drag link from styrene rod and drilled a small hole for a piece of stripped 30awg wire that will attach to the steering arm on the spindle.  20141221_002743 by ratrodfanbobcat, on Flickr And a pic with it in place on the car.  20141221_003141 by ratrodfanbobcat, on Flickr Here's a pic of the red fishing line fuel hose.
