It's beautiful John! I can't believe this is the first one you have finished in 26 years! What you couldn't do if you built all the time. Just A Fantastic build!

Thanks Dennis, I do now build all the time, before............I was building train models all the time so. Didn't have time for both. Still don't, but then I was building and selling for a living too so........... I'm retired from it due to health reasons that you know....BUT I am building all the time on model cars and trucks.....26 years of one hobby, as a living? Yeah, mutinous! A break was due, and still that modeling gene kicks in "JOHN, GOT TO BUILD SOMETHING!" LOL
Anyway, thanks Dennis! Was a fun build............ NOW I'll be able to get back to the regular PITA itch I have....... my monster truck! Been itchin' to work on it but knew if I had.............. I wouldn't have gotten this one done!

Thanks Ice! This, I don't know if I have even said, BUT the frame, all that lace work in white? THAT my friend, is all scratchbuilt too! I mean really, this WHOLE build, there are VERY FEW "Factory" parts, they are what "set the stage" so-to-speak for this build to happen! I mean, look an see what are all factory made parts, that I didn't "modify" in some sort of way....The seat, the blowers JUST them tho, and the blower belts are thee only parts not modified to fit a specific location, things were manipulated around them to fit....For instance, the blower saddles, I MADE those from plastic sheet, that was machined out to fit the motor, one, and two, to fit the blowers without modifying the blowers themself.
I sadly, me, being me, I have to make things as I can and know how, and to that it gets me in trouble, as I just can't resist it.........BUT at the same time, replication, making things over and over.... frame rails, you name it.... For Gods sake, look at my monster truck A100. 4 tank tracks? ALL custom designed, and made "in-house"... no different for this one, just a different way of themed model!
CRAZY I know, but FUN...... and thats how you incorporate "Christmas" and Fun all wrapped up into one!

The weed burners aren't for the weeds They to get rid of unwanted snow for the thing to pass! AND give it a little bit of a "push" The track, is a controllable one....... like a dozer, or tank, to make the front "slip side-to-side"..... Thats my story, and I'm stickin' to it! Thanks man............. This was a FUN BUILD! Just cause what it is, and due to the nature of me head and how I make my hands make what my brain thinks!

Some good news! I got a SURPRISE in the mail today! Paul, has sent me a envelope with a couple small pieces in it for casting, AND a set of decals for Daisy Dukes Jeep....... THAT will more then likely be the next model to be completed because it is so close to that next stage! Paul, please have a look at the incoming PM......

OMG Mile high club anyone? NOT only is there a Christmas "thong" on the seat, there is a "SEE-THRU Christmas Skirt" on the floor on the "Mrs. C" side of the sleigh! two-thumbs-up-smiley-emoticon This is that "Twisted Sense" of Humor I was hinting around about!

Thanks Frank! Yer funny, Have ya watched the movie "Polar Express" ? In the end of the ovie, the boy, gets the first gift of Christmas, a SLEIGH bell. BUT looses in from a hole in his pocket.....He only to realizes it when its really to late to go look for it, then Christmas morning his sister finds an extra box, that has the bell in it, with a note........At the end of the note, its signed "Mr. C.".......SO to add to my twisted sense, I added them both Mr. AND Mrs Santa "C"laus! Ya should have said something on the Christmas "cheer" on the seat. You know what the saying is. "Santa only comes but, once a year"!!!!!!......Give that a bit of a twisted sense of humor and you'll see it from my point of view!

A couple of "ADDED" pics. for your viewing pleasure...... My MOTM in the FALLING snow, with an added "bonus"..... CHRISTMAS LIGHTS to go with it...... in the dark, and the "dots" in the picture? ARE REAL SNOW FLAKES! Not often you get to do something like this but it was staged and timed JUST right! Thought, I'd take full ADVANTAGE of this opportunity....
