can't believe this isn't already here 
this is a body/frame/interior that i'd been moving around for years, i kept it around as it had belonged to an uncle who got it when it was new. believe it's AMT? but the cab and box are 1piece. when i did this build(about 5-6yrs ago)i hadn't ever done any major detailing beyond color contrast with paint(wires,fuel lines,BMF etc) and hadn't really done any serious scratch-building. the axles were the big challenge here and each one is made from2 monogram nascar rearends and also the springs/shocks. springs are just sheet styrene and the shocks were made from qtips and sucker sticks. i have since aquired a resin hood and glass for this,as well as knock it off the shelf requiring a rebuild 
the body is just the bare plastic but it's been cleaned really good.

i have one shelf dedicated to "broken and awaiting repair" builds that have suffered a catastrophe of some sort.
You know.........You don't realize how close I've thought up crazy ideas like that (I do however got one of some such advents to take place).....On a odd-ball truck I have planned to build....BUT, that will be seen, when I start it!
