Nice project Ice! I don't think you could go wrong with any of those choices, but I like the last one the best. Just something about big wires and white walls that I love on these cars lol.

Any one of the thoughts on stance would be KILLER, BUT the machine isn't gonna go real fast, the engines see-thru! HOWEVER I KNOW whats gonna take that location I do believe!

Still putting parts together for his one. I think a 392 Hemi injected will do the trick.

YEP....392, with a Hillborn intake and tube set up, yeah it sure will do the trick! I tell ya, lookin at it more I'm not sure I'd go with the 392, (Go something a little "bigger") a 426, would really add to it, BUT then when you go 426, you could go for the DOHC 426 with the hillborn injectors too, and that be real bad ass looking!
GAWD you make these so open that you could go in any direction! Specially engine choice!
I wanna do a "Rat Rod at some point with a slant 6 in it, BLOWN, Super charged!

Bigger?? Oh I don't know about that. The issue will be if I have it or not.

Actually, Ice the 426 engine itself isn't to much bigger then the 392, BUT its the physical differences....The blocks and such are close the same size, BUT there are detail differences that set them apart....The block size however is pretty closer the same size (for a model anyway) BUT, the key is knowing the difference from one to the other! See: Thats the "stock" 392 Hemi valve cover ---^ Thats the "Stock" 426 Hemi valve cover ---^ THAT same valve cover, will also BE STOCK to fit the 426 (naturally), the 472, the 528, and the 540....They remain the same for ALL of those engine sizes, wasn't till after the 540, the blocks got BIGGER.... See the outside edge "shape" difference? The other detail which is the fastest way top tell the difference is the location of the Distributor... On the 392, it is off center vertical on the back of the engine. On the 426 Hemi it is angled, to the passenger side of the engine (setting in drivers seat) USA, right hand side front of the engine block. See: 392 Hemi ---^ 426 Hemi --^ EDIT: I'ma bone head........ don't answer that one! But forgot to ask, see the "shape" difference from the 392 to the 426? The 426 is oddly shaped...

Looking forward to this. I like the big n little combo myself cos it has that cartoon hot rod look but then they all look good. Will it be staying fenderless?

Any of those stances would look great, but the 2nd one looks MEAN! Can't wait to see it complete!

This should be a really cool build. I like all those mock ups, but my favorites that I would be mulling over are 1,2 and 5. If your thinking an injected 392 Hemi I would go with mock up number 5, only I would do skinny spindle mounts for the front wheels. Just my opinion, I could be wrong.

Thanks for the comments guys. Waiting on some Modelhaus tires. Maybe one of those sets will also work.

This one went through a paint catastrophe. Went yellow, they sprayed transparent blue and it reacted. Soaked it in many different thing and the paint layers would just not come off so I set it asked, almost throwing it away. Today I soaked it with Testors ELO and it finally started to break down. It's back in primer today but it still needs some cleanup to get it to look goood....unless I for the old rat rod look....hmm...

Thanks guys. The decals didn't work out so after scratching them off, went back to all burnt sienna and orange. Will try something a little different.
