Story:
Jason "Rocket" Peterson had always been known for being a fast but cautious driver (it can happen! lol) After keeping a job for quite some time he moved out of his parents house and saved some money to buy another car. It would be a change from the Ford Tempo his dad had given him when he graduated school. But boy did he bur the hell out of those tires more than once. After a couple of years he emptied out his savings and took the $2800 to a gentlemen he had met at the car wash. He was now the proud owner of a black 2000 Toyota Supra. This was 2 years before the Fast & Furious movies were even out so these cars weren't AS popular yet. It wasn't in its best shape but he was so proud of it.
After a few years, now 2007 and a couple of girlfriends later, he saved enough money to paint the Supra. Now 23 years old and putting himself through college it crossed his mind that he might be too old for the tuner scene. But he loved his car....he decided that he would now go with some of the over the top graphics he had seen. Instead he opted for a nice shiny red. It looked great when it came out. He entered it into a couple of Car shows and it would do him proud. Took first place at the county fair's car show in the Tuner category.
One night, as he was driving home after work, two blocks away from his apartment, a drunk driver took a red light and t-boned Rocket. He ended up in the hospital with three broken ribs, a broken arm and leg, and a fractured skull. The impact was so hard that it knocked three of his teeth out also.
After getting out of the hospital he moved back to his parents house. He wasn't able to afford his apartment after missing so much work and the medical bills piling up. He recovered, got a job and kept the dream of fixing up that Supra in the back of his mind. He got his degree in Computer Science and took a job writing code for a popular search engine now used every day. The years passed, he got married and had two kids. The Supra in his parents backyard became home to hundreds of spiders and two cats.
One day him and his wife were talking about getting a new car. The kids were a little older and the Ford Explorer needed to be replaced soon. They weren't planning on having more kids and the wife decided she was happy with driving the 2010 Chevy Silverado. Why not fix up that car in your parents backyard? They both agreed to work on fixing it up and making Rocket's dream come true. They relied on IceMan's Chop Shop to do the paint and custom work on the body and the engine. Needless to say, they are known for their works of art and Jason and the family could not be happier. DREAMS DO COME TRUE!
