I might be the only modeler you will ever know who has the entire Hubley collection, mint in the original boxes, including the ultra rare Ford roadster and Indy racer. The metal cars with tons of flash and sink marks. Crazy how this happened but I have them all. This is the first one I have built. Scratch built dash and door panels from real wood. Scratch built arm rests and fur carpet and behind the seat. Chezoom Teal body paint and Champagne Noveau top and interior dry brushed with gold. Alclad wheels inlaid with gold. 24kt gold not paint. Pain in the kazoom but fun also making one of these models look decent. You can see the reflection of the engine in the firewall. This zink metal when rubbed with metal polish shines like a mirror. I also covered the vent ports with brass screen to see how it would look.

That looks good from way down here mate, although, i have never heard of Hubley here in Australia.

If you have pics loaded on PB, left click on the pic, then you will see 6 options under "share link". #5 down is IMG , CLICK ON THIS, IT WILL FLASH YELLOW AND SAY "COPIED" IN THE LINE WITH ALL THE URL.blahblahbribbledribble
Then go back to here, right click will bring up options, and then just click "PASTE" the URL....blahblah..........

REPEAT for each pic mate, hope this helps.

Here is a link about them. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hubley_Manufacturing_Company This is a good link also www.hubleykits.com/ Here is a pic of what the thing looked like in the box before I started on it. They are loaded with metal flash and sink marks but with the right tools and more patience than a doctor a decent model can be made. The Packards and big 1/18 Dusenbergs have a lot of chrome and are a lot more detailed.
