Just a heads up. haven't been in here in a couple days but since my last visit and now, one of our own helped me with what he thought I'd be looking for, and he was right! Dennis, that screen is killer man for what its gonna be used for!
So, I have found the Holy Grail to my Dodge Monster A100 "Doomz Day" build, NOW I'll be able to "continue" on that project due to the location of where this will be, would not have been easy to add the detail of it later and continue on building at the same time!

Will do! They'll be on here at some point tonight! I don't have the "screens" in place on the model yet tho! Still sorting resin parts! Something, when ya cast parts and average something like 300 a night and you go at that pace for a week.....WOW it makes on hell-of-a-pile of parts in the end! Speaking of, I bought a brand new set of bottles of the resin plastic, a liter, each part, mixed makes 2 liters of resin, (NOT mixed all at once that be a waste!) BUT bought this last weekend Friday October 24th. today, the same bottles have about a 1/2 inch left in each! 300 parts/night for 5 days equals....1500 pieces!!!!! WOW! No wonder my hands look like a 5 fingered callus!

I meant it the same as everyone else. In Jan. I had a quintuple bypass and a valve replaced, and they had to go in twice in 12 hours, because I lost 14 units of blood, after the first time.
How many molds do you have? I use a 3 hour turn over time on my castings. There's no way that I could make 300 pieces in one evening.

Don, I'll have to count the molds I've made, I haven't the slightest idea! I make my own mold, and then once thats set, it takes 36 hours for the mold to make....BUT thats the key with the stuff i use, once the mold is set, the resin I use to pour into the said mold, it takes 8 minutes to "De-mold" the NEW casted part.....By the time, I pour the first mold full, and get to the very last one, the first one is ready to de-mold and be poured into again! I'll be honest, it goes pretty damn quick tho!
Making the actual mold itself takes the most time!

Another idea for fine mesh may be to try net curtain material(not sure what you call it your side of the pond) but I plan to try setting a piece on grease proof paper(the cooking stuff) and spraying it with silver acrylic or a light mist of enamel, leave to dry and carefully peeling the paper away, or if that doesn't work sticking it to the frame its to be used in and spraying then. It also has the benefit of being pliable so can be tensioned to get the size of grid wanted. The stuffs dirt cheap and comes in lots of colours as standard but I think white or black would be the easiest to work with in this case

Stitch, thanks but I got the needed part covered now.. LOL Dennis AKA "Big D" helped me with the part that I was looking for, so. but for what I was trying to achieve was a VERY fine mesh, but still see-thru, to see the details in behind the part or where its to go..... When I'm able and back to working on the model I needed the mesh for, I'll say specifically on the model My Monster Truck Dodge A100. "Doomz Day" is the model I was in search for this for to continue the build, BUT now its on a back burner, on hold till my MOTM is done! ....As if I start back on the A100. the MOTM "sleigh" won't get done in time, that A100 of mine, literally carries me away at times!
