Hi, I'm Don from Brookfield, Wisconsin. I won my first modeling contest at the age of 14. Been competing with 1:1 and models ever since. I currently crew on a MG-B, Formula Ford, and help with a LSR MG Midget. I was the Projects Administrator for Brian's Model Cars, which shut down in 2012. I am currently the Southern Fryed Drag Racing commissioner on another site. I also cast some resin bodies. Glad to be here.

Hey Don..
I think it should have been the same as here : 60s era.
Or it might possibly have been: stillin2cars.. Been quite a while, don't remember for sure..

September has been a very exciting month for me. On the 7th the MG-B that I was crewing for, at Watkins Glen, took 3rd in the most important and largest MG race of the year.
That same day, at Bonneville, the MG Midget, that I had helped with, set a world record for the I/GT class at 122.539mph.
On the 18th I passed the test for my Master Judge certification with the Kansas City Barbecue Society.
On the 19th I had knee surgery.
On the 29th I finished my first model for 2014.
And finally on the 30th I took my first hour long power walk since my surgery, thereby declaring my knee healed.
Good month indeed.

I should have listed joining Jerrys Cherrys on the 10th. This is Chris Conrad and his Milwaukee Midget. I/GT is for 1,00cc (61cu in)stock bodied cars. He had a one way of 126+mph and a two way average of 122.539mph.
