This was a glue bomb, the body was broken , so i decided to turn it into a van, which would add support to the broken body. I suicided the doors, flocked the interior with a blend to match the paint. Paint is Revlon "Mango Zing" nail polish. Wheels are left overs from a Toyota van kit. (my japanese surf van) Just to be different.

S'OK, LOVE, the build but got a serious question....... didn't this kit come with a Desoto "Hemi" ? I plan to build one of these to go with my "Show" rods as its Mopar powered.... (justification to buy it!) LOL

Thanks guys, i think everything is a good rebuilder. coz it don't cost so much, especially if you cut it up and can not get it back together.

Dale, I didn't ask, but did you lower this oneany? (I notice the tires and rims on the model!) I think i gave it a little nudge towards the ground , not much though, EVERYTHING i build goes south mate, if there is daylight under neath, it's still to high.

REALLY kool stuff! Tho no fan of "no-sidewall" tires, the rest is so good! You're right that glue bombs, found anywhere from garage sales and charity shops to model conventions, are super for experimentation and for spare parts. Thanx for not just a great save, but a bit of artful creativity too!
