Guys/Group, I'm just now getting back into the model car world and as it is, I've got just a little compared to some, BUT I aslo have stuff, I had from years ago, that I know I'll NEVER use!
With that said, I'm looking for specific Mopar Engines, one being the Slant 6. This engine comes from BOTH the '64 Lindberg Plytmouth Belvedere, and the '64 Dodge 330 (Polara). These 2 models also came with a 440 OR a 426 Wedge engine option as the Slant 6 was standard in '64....
The other model that has a Slant 6 is the Dodge Deora model, I've got one, BUT, I'm in need of more then one Slant 6!
To add to this GREAT engine hunt, I'm looking for the heads and Valve covers that were offered in the MPC '70 Dodge Coronet/Super Bee. It came with both, a 440 and a 426 Hemi, I'm looking for the 440 heads and Valve covers. I've found a lot that cast the Hemi in Resin plastic, but no one has done the 440? SO, I' have plans to do such things!
I'm also looking to make molds of Carburetors as well.....Specifically, those that are used A LOT on Mopar engines, and some of the specialty types...Side Draft, and so on for other uses, as far as hill born and that I've got plenty of them to use, I need the Weber types and any other type....
ANYONE, And I mean ANYONE that supplies the "Master copy" will get it, returned, unharmed, along with 2 copies that came from the mold, the first 2 out of the mold belong to the master copy owner!
In trade, depending on the item, I'll either be using for a build I'm working on, OR as a mold master copy, in the trade there of, will consist of the person getting either something of desire they want, OR more of the part they provided! That be up to discussion.
THEN, I'm always on the look out for a mid to late 1970's Dodge pick up, JUST the body, cab, interior dash, and bed with a frame....Just enough parts to make a truck like the one I got as my first truck,..... Was a 1978 Dodge Avenger 150, had a 318 in it. I have what can be used as a motor, I just have no truck! LOL Was a Step side bed too. I'd also be interested in a straight bed "Fleetside" For a second truck!
I also would like to locate a Ramcharger, as I was building one of those when a flood hit my home town and took the real thing out from under me and the water pushed it into the river and a bridge literally fell on it! Was a 1979 model truck, with another 318 in it!
Anyone have anything they'd be interested in trading, or wanting parts for custom building please PM me, we'll work it out even if I have to get some cash involved!
Thanks for looking,

..I found a 440, BUT I'm ALWAYS seeming to need carburetors!
What ya looking for in trade? PM me!
As far as Carbs. go, you got any of the Chevy "Side Draft" Webers or Stromberg "97" Which is the other type I'm looking for, if so, again PM me!
I got a 440 in the works for trade but I'm still in need of carbs, specifically side draft types and possibly some 2 barrel types!

Quick update, A member here sent me a 440, a 426 (BOTH 1/24th and 1/25th scales) and the heads for all listed above, and valve covers I already had some but a few different looking ones, is ALWAYS GREAT!!!
So, with these few master copies, its possible to mold the following engines:
Mopar 383 Mopar 400 Mopar 413 Mopar 426 Mopar 440
These -^ Engines are ALL Mopar "Wedge" engines. In real life ONLY the bore of the engine cylinders were different outward appearance was exactly the same on ALL of them!
THEN I have:
Mopar 426 Hemi Mopar 472 Hemi Mopar 528 Hemi Mopar 540 Hemi
These all are the same as well, in real life ONLY the bore of the engine cylinders were different outward appearance was exactly the same on ALL of them!
Then to the Mopar small blocks or "LA" engines I have:
Mopar 318 Mopar 340 Mopar 360
AND I have 2 different versions of the following:
Mopar 226 Slant-6 cylinder engine, one with the transmission, and a second one, that the engine and trans are separate, for those detail enthusiasts out there.....I'm also awaiting the molding process, to cure to have a "stock" type valve cover to the Slant 6's and a "custom" version of it.....This "look" will choose the block as they are slightly different in length due to the fact the way the masters were made, the engines are not from the same manufacturer of the parts.....BUT I *think* with a little work the valve covers could be made interchangeable from one casting to the other.....
Anyone interested PM me with the type of part in the title!
These small blocks are ALL "Wedge" type engines, again, in real life ONLY the bore of the engine cylinders were different outward appearance was exactly the same on ALL of them!
To add to this I got heads and valve covers to go with the big "Dooms Day" Hemi from Mopar, the 426 DOHC motor, just the block, heads, and valve covers, I have a few other details to make to go with this for supporting parts....
SO, I got a few carburetors molded, and casted, along with heads, and valve covers, as well as slant 6 blocks heads and valve covers along with timing chain covers and water pumps, then to get into the small block Mopar, I have 318's, 340's, and 360's now, ALL molded and casted, as well as heads and valve covers, and I think a couple intakes, I'd have to have the current mold pouring cure to know for sure....
Transmissions, both the Mopar 727 Torque Flite, as well as the A833 Standard and I think the other one represents the Mopar 904....
As I am able, supporting details will be molded to support detailing of these engines listed, as well as the transmissions, ANYONE needing parts for any of the above please PM me for trade of needed parts, and how many....
IF trading isn't in the works for you, I'll say here and now, DO NOT think they're over priced parts or out of your league, WHY? I can't justify the cost some resin makers charge, and really, its not all that much work to pay for parts, merely cents on the dollar to make....AND REALLY it is just that simple!

I'm sorry man. I couldnt help myself, like the commercial say's "so easy a cave man can do it" for ya, easy enough, for me, not when I get a new phone, and instead of taking it out of the box, I just hand it over to my friends, 6 year old, and tell her, "make it work" hahahahahahahahaha

Hemi, pm me with whatever Mopar parts you're still looking for as I have many Mopar kits that I could provide parts for masters. Also, I think I still have an unbuilt 70's pickup fleetside.

Then, a few "extra" Hemi parts.... (I WILL have a LOT of these to come....A recent "trade" wiped me out and this was the only one left! And last, but not least..... Exhaust Manifolds! These will fit to ANY of these engines so far, BUT are actually to the Hemi's ONLY in real life! 440 Wedge engines had a version of their own just as these were really the Hemi's "own"..... So then, this "next" group, are a combination set of parts, NOT only can this engine be a Slant 6, with the current "head" cast on it, BUT also serves as the Aussie version known as the Hemi-6, which was 245 Cubic Inch AND the 265 Cubic Inch 6 cylinders.... The above 2 pictures are of a CUSTOM Mopar Slant 6 valve cover, NOT to be used with the following engine.... This engine ---^ Is the Hemi-6 from Australia! Thanks for the help Dale! AKA Deecee, I couldn't have made this possible without your help! Thanks man! (Even tho, I have more to go on it), a 1/25th scale model will be coming of this USA "Phantom".... Transmissions are up next!

Mopar Transmissions: For the Slant 6....Notice starter location! Carburetors are done too, as well as power steering pumps, starters, and a few "small" details...I plan to do oil filters and I'm not sure what else as far as small details, we'll see, ANYTHING large, and has to do with Mopar, I take that as a "yes". it WILL be molded! Anyone see anything you like? Send me a PM on it......

Would a 1/24 tamiya jeep cherokee v8, gearbox and 4x4 transfer box be something you would want? I also have both axles but not too sure of their condition just now. The engine is put together and painted but looks like it may come apart easily and as it was from one of my first builds it is not keyed or primed before the paint. I think the paint is tamiya acrylic or possibly plasti-cote chrome. All the moulding on it appears to be in good condition

SO, I thought I'd do a bit of..............."UPDATING".....I HAVE too, the parts are beginning to "pile" up! I BEST getto cleaning. and theres no reason why I ought not, BECAUSE in a day, I'll ave 30 MORE molds made, to be casting away at!!!!!! Have a look: THESE as you all know are 4 parts NORMALLY, I made that one sub assembly into one WHOLE molded part! A BLOWER, that originally came from a 426 Hemi in the "Johnny Lightening" '69 Dodge Daytona Charger kit....(YES, I have it!) NO its not getting this blower....I have a slightly better or well not better, EQUAL I should say, idea for it! SEEN here also is a 426 Hemi "Hillborne Injector" intake....I DON'T have the tubes made up for it yet, BUT those too are coming! With these, I ought to post what just messing around does in my shop! EDIT:
WAS a SECOND pic here that I thought I saved the RIGHT ONE, NOPE! DUHHHHH.......Flipped it to see if it show depth of details, on the parts seen here but, NOOOOOOOO John goes and deletes the wrong damned pics! JUST TONIGHT, you see 2 tables....ALL laid out, EACH table, shows parts molded, UNCLEANED, BUT its not that, its the "count" of parts on EACH table! The first pic, has 199 parts on it, and the other table, has 199 parts on it, making a WHOOPIN' 398 pieces, in about 4 hours! Will take about 2 hours to "clean" all of them! IN that bunch, are a few "NEW" items to make it to my molded list of Mopar parts SOME could very well be used on ANY build, Mopar, GM, or Ford!!!!! ENJOY, WILL be adding pics to the "single pics" depicting EACH part, like my last update!

I figured that be one hell of an update! Dale you'll be getting some! *Hands you a towel* to wipe up the drool! evil6 The sad part Dale? Is I can make them, whenever I want! LOL As long as I have resin to be used, BUT, I ALSO found another "medium" that I can use for mold making that I have yet to test it so. Takes a bit longer to cure so, I don't want to harm my time by keeping a mold held for a day or so for the medium to cure to demold it as a part.....The resin I use, cures in 6 minutes flat......EVERY 6 minutes I can be pouring to make parts! Can ya imagine if I sat down and took it serious? I was just "puttin" around and BOOM almost 400 parts later!
