Hey Mike I hear ya too but all I use to do before PE looms was to use a very fine thread or wire to bunch up plug wires. I do have some extra PE ones I would be glad to send ya no problem just send me your mailing address. No cost and maybe they'd give you some ideas on how to make some from scratch.

Wanna save money on this. Next time you finish your favorite beverage in a can, don't throw it away. Wash it and let it dry for a few days. If you have the patience, on a cement/concrete surface rub the top and bottom until they snap off. It takes a while but trust me, they come off. That leaves you with a sheet of thin aluminum. On the inside of the can, use a fine tip sharpie to draw your wire loom or whatever you need. Cut with a new hobby knife. Tada!
If you don't the patience to take the tops off, just cut into the can and take what you need.
SAFETY FIRST!! THE ALUMINUM IS SHARP AND WILL CUT UOU IF YOU ARE NOT CAREFUL SO PLEASE, DO BE CAREFUL!

They are these right here. The hold the spark plug wires together in order or close to each other for a neat look.
