Being an amateur builder made me think, am I doing real good so far. I guess so but lets see your early builds to see how good you were when you started.

So I tried to do a wrecked Pro Street..Built two Chassis - Blown Hemi - and Painted it . This pic shows the Cross Ram at first build.. Lost other pics when Computer went berserk a while back ..Still have it -- what will i do with it ? ? ? ? Tom

Oh My I started building models when I was six so no pics of those although they were mostly planes. I quite building for many years and stated back in 2005 not sure if I have any pics. I'll have ta check other computer but I remember it was a 1/12 scale 57 chevy and was a bad glue bomb.

LOL - I am right with there with ya CustomMuscle! If I remember correctly, one of my first builds was a huge battleship, of which when I got home from school, I found had been enjoyed as a snack by our German Shephard!

60sera, That Blown Hemi the way you went about the braided headers is a WILD idea! Wire....I am doing something with Aluminum much the same lines.....Just Mopar "Tri-Y" headers, known part to any Mopar guy for a Mopar big block, BUT they also make them for small block Mopar too!
I have to get back into that one, got side tracked a bit from that custom build!
Sadly, I don't have my "first"..... it went up in flames about 4 years ago........... BUT the oldest model I do have is my General Lee.....Sadly, I can't post a pic right now as photobucket is down but when able, I'll be sure to put the 26 year old model here for all to see, you can see it under "Love the General Lee" posting I made for it......
