This is something a little different, i hot rodded a 56' F100, which started out as a box of s-crap. A glue bomb is what it really was. Cheers, Dale

Certainly different, Dale. I really like the way the fenders look. Great job on this.

Thanks iceman, they were heated with a lighter then rolled over a pencil. Thanks also Frank, your boy must be rather talented and handsome.

Dale, Love the name "F-ROD" LMAO....
As for the unit, NICE save on then glue bomb! That color is close to what I plan for my Deora show truck!
The engine you used here, the valve covers, i have the same ones on a '65 Chebby pick up... thats gonna betaking a one way trip from me to Paul.....BUT the carb set up and intake you used, where'd that come from? OR is that a resin cast detail?
NICE SAVE man!

Thanks guys, John. regarding the Carbs, i wrecked a 1/18?ish Lamborghini many years ago, and it had 8 or 10 of these on it, now they find them selves on quite a few of my "out there" style builds mate.

For a larger scale they sure look good I have ta say! I'm impressed with this whole truck, it looks NOTHING like a '56 Ford (and thats a good thing, they even "circled" the problem!) Sadly, my ole A100 is the ugly duckling that its so ugly, its cute, if that makes any sense....A face only a parent could love, But I've always liked the A100 class truck and vans, good little rigs for good hauling stuff, or traveling, and you could get them with 8 DOORS!
But that engine in your '56, what was that from? I got valve just like those you put on the engine....
The fenders are down right wickid! And thats a good thing!

Can be of little help with the engine mate, from the scrap box, the guards were heated and rolled around a pencil while they were warm and soft. The A100 looks great in ute and van form i think , keep at it, can't wait to see the finished project.

NICE!!!! I got a few sets of Pro-Streets fat boys (not sure what they replicate) off the '70 Dodge Coronet Pro-Street.....(I got 3 or 4 of the same car, 2 that I plan to rebuild, they're from my child hood and are falling apart at the seams! Not to mention, missing some parts too I think, I know one is missing a motor, its the 426 DOHC Hemi in my monster truck!
