Just curious about the difference between the two and their pros and cons.
Thanks!

Enamel paint is oil based and usually takes a long time to dry and gas out. Acrylic is a water based paint and usually dries and gases out faster. I try hard not to use enamels much anymore, more so because I'm impatient lol. Good finishes are achievable with any paint, it really comes down to personal preference. I usually use acrylics or lacquers though because of their faster dry times. That's just me and I'm sure someone else will chime in and give their opinions.

But if you want to use enamels on your builds for overall body paint. Use acrylic enamel or laquer. Acrylic will shine when dry. Most laquers need clear coated. but dries the fastest..
