Years ago (20 or so) I did a truck like this in an extended cab version When I got two Cameo kits from the clearance rack at wally world I figured that I'd one up or actually two or three up my last Cameo build that I lost to fire I also need suggestions for colors on the truck, car & trailer I not only Crewed it, but it got a body drop like you do a 1 to 1 truck this is a pic of the rough floor that will receive a transmission tunnel & some wood Ls series engine Still needs sanding for fit & such but will look good I hope when finished

A close friend of mine & myself got a 1 to 1 55 to this stage when he got killed The family saw the potential for $$$ & had me finish the metal work & make it drive with a LT1 from a 95 T/A The only real difference between this one & the real one is that I chopped the top on the real one

When I did the first one & started the real one I was managing a muscle car salvage yard "Camaro Heaven" & worked there till my friend the owner died You should see some of the Shivees I've had a hand in building I made my living on GM vehicles All my life I've been the only Mopar guy in the bunch & have shown them constantly that even a Mopar guy can make a Chevy run I've owned many GMs & still own a Tri Power 66 GTO A/T A/C loaded out the only GM I've kept to go with my collection of Mopar cars & trucks
I'm using that bed for a dually project out of out of the last 4 or 5 of those that I've had that's the only one that was usable & I don't mind working on one a bit to save one either After I get a few things in my models bought my Dodge truck buying will go back up again

Thanks Knarf ! The Impala I've mini tubbed it & lowered it 409 etc & the trailer came from a 75 Impala combo kit The 75 sits to low now to have the trailer hitch in the real world so the truck was next
The 75 Impala will be towed with a 72 Chevy truck

Thanks! This Cameo is in line with a bunch of others that have worked their way to the front if the line so to speak My next work on it will be when I do all my veneer work to the ones that are getting it Right now in my builds I'm framing & fitting roughly 22 different models as I gather parts & materials for them with a goal of 25 completed before starting a whole bunch more
Welcome to the club! You'll enjoy it here, every one is really cool
