very cool project, I like the unusual, never build it, but like it. I also am not a real big fan of the picture below. I like cars that are finished and shiny, but I think this is just way cool! can never do the rust look either (heck, I cant get paint to shine), anyways, keep going, gonna be a neat build when you get done. here is a link to more pictures.... if this is what floats your boat. mecum.com/auctions/lot_detail.cfm?LOT_ID=AN1112-146006&entryRow=238Attachment Deleted

Well it's time to get busy on this one again so latest update 6/1 interior coming together wound up using two sets of door panels and cutting them down for the 4 door and going use a second front seat for the rear seat...front door panels and rear door panels ( from second set of front panels ) Now to change seats from split bench to full bench seat Mock of interior so far , tan part is all I'm using of the resin piece More later as always comments welcome

I think that works Paul. What about making some grooves on the white styrene to try and match the middle section. Or even if it's different. Just it's not plain. Good job on scratch building though. Resin causes us to be more creative than usual and you did perfectly.
You might have already tried this so ignore it if you have. What about the rear bumper parts from a 60 impala?

Have to agree with Doc.
Need to recess the tail lights some .. The overall rear treatment looks cool, much better than stock. Really like the split bumper...
