I can post a picture here but If I go on the under construction part I cant. I click to start and the icon is there but it kind of shifts and then the icon is gone ?? Something about adding a poll?

But the icon for photos is not there? Its still up on the upper right here? I use photobucket. What am I doing wrong?? Thanks.
