I too am interested in seeing the build up on that Gibson engine! I bought a Gibson 340 6 pak engine years ago and have never even opened the bag! It looks awesome through the plastic! LOL

I've seen a number of the Gibson motors built up on these forums. They can look truly potent, so take your time and do it proud. I'm not sure I'd use it in what is essentially a car from that era, but it's your choice. Just adding my opinion.

But no one said this had to be period correct. Essentially we are only going for the model year of the cars Have fun any bud if we cant for our own youve already got mine so far

The engine has been painted with various metals and is ready for assembly. I drilled the needed holes in a few of the parts.
