Does anyone know if there was ever a model kit of a 1977 Pontiac lemans 4 door? If so any pointers in tracking one down. It doesn't matter if it's a resin kit just the body and trim and the interior. Iv got a killer idea for my movie car build. Any help would be excellent.

Wow No I have never seen one. First I dont know that I have ever seen a 77 Lemans but then to ad to the oddity you want a four door. I dont think so. I did see an old 4 door police car that with heavy modifying could be made to resemble a 77 Lemans 4 door.

If you want to build what it looked like at the end of the movie, then all you really need is a rolling chassis and engine.  |

I belive I have seen a 76 or maybe 77 Can Am 2 door ( not sure if it was resin or plastic ) you might be able to make that into a 4 door if you can find one.

Iv got a ton of respect for all you guys that can do that. But iv got a few other options on my may build. |
