Well I got this one awhile back but hadn't opened it. When I did I screamed YUCK !! The hood was so twisted and warped I couldn't even use it and the flash is horrible so I was very displeased. I'm going to throw it together away and see what I can do to salvage it but it won't be on my recommendation list. HEADERS IN THE KIT WERE RUBBISH SO I PUT ON SOME DIFFERENT ONES

The way you build, you wouldn't even be able to tell. Looks good, bud.

The way you build, you wouldn't even be able to tell. Looks good, bud. No doubt! the kit was released back in the day with a sedan delivery body & was by no means a perfect kit you are doing a good job of polishing a turd

The true test of a builder is how well he can salvage a crappy kit. I would say that you are passing the test with flying colors CM. Looking good my man.

CM: I saw that kit and thought it looked pretty nice; sorry it turned out to be a lemon. But you know what they say about lemons... You've definately added the CM touch and it's really looking great!

Wow you really did a great job. i know what you mean about bad kit, that Super Judge was the same way. They know we want these kits so they throw them together and disappointment! New tooling would be nice but we wont ever get that, so we do the best we can with what they give us.
You sir knocked it out of the park !

Huh, so your not the only one CM! I have this one and LOVE it (started it but havent finished it) There was a lot of flash, the frame was slightly twisted and it's an ill fitting kit. I guess its because this is one of my favorite 50s chevy body styles that it won me over . Nice job on salvaging it too!
