Time to get back to the hobby!

I have been building and collecting models for almost 50 years. About a year and a half ago, I moved to a new location. I stored all my spare parts, most of my unbuilt kits, and about 75% of my builtups, along with part of my household goods in a garage. The garage burned and I lost everything. I have recently decided to return to the hobby. I've picked up a couple kits and will eventually accumulate more spare parts. I still have all my tools and most of my supplies. I went through about a 3 year dry spell prior to the fire. I've been a little surprised at the price increase in kits and supplies. 40% off coupons from Hobby Lobby make a big difference. I'm trying to be picky and only buy what I will build. The thing I miss most is my huge stash of spare parts. Looks like I'll be building pretty much box stock for awhile! I'm enjoying what I have found here and really enjoying returning to building.
