As we can see Frank built a lot of great models. I do believe he had a thing for monster trucks. Me and IceMan will change the theme of the October MOTM ( Trucks 4x4 and 2 wheel drive ) To read "In Honor of Knarf" it will be any truck built any way including Monster Trucks.
His gallery will stay here as long as it holds pictures. We will also change the banner to run pictures of his builds for the next week.

I know we will all miss Frank. I always looked forward to sharing tasteless jokes and meme's we couldn't share here, while on facebook. I still have a kit he sent me after my saying about missing out on the same one on ebay every time I bid. He refused anything for it, but since he sent international he had to enclose his address. He even sent me a different engine for the kit and it will be getting built as one of the pics he shared with me. I will miss him, but nowhere near as much as his sons, brothers and family. I know for sure I am not the only one of us

I only knew Frank through the club. We did exchange messages, and he even bought some NASCAR merchandise from me once. He was always quick to post positive comments on anything I was building. In fact, has last, most recent post, was an encouraging comment on my 56 Del Ray build. I was starting to put together a "surprise" box for him, some NASCAR Earnhardt things that I knew he would have loved. Now, I will just store these things away in his memory. He was one of a kind, truly a terrific and imaginary builder. I hope you are building in heaven Frank - where the glue dries clear, the decals slide smooth and the paint never, ever runs. This is truly a sad day. Frank was truly a nice guy he was always positive on here and on Facebook I can honestly say I never remember him saying anything negative towards anyone or anything. He was definitely one of a kind builder and will be truly missed. My thoughts and prayers go out to him and his family.

Although I am new to the site I am saddened to hear this tragic news. My condolences to Frank's family and all of the good friends he had here on Jerry's Cherrys.

Frank was one of the first I made friends with in here and we had several deals together. I'll sure miss him. He was good people.

I think Frank built models in a similar way as he lived his life. I find that is a style that is very admirable and difficult for others to fully appreciate. I'm sad he is gone but immeasurably thankful for the friendship and things he taught me over the years.

Man! I still can't believe we woke up one day and he's gone. He was one of our first members here and he, like a lot of you was very active. He commented on almost every thread and thanked every single person that commented on his. I will miss his builds, his advice and his comments.
RIP Frank.

Just heard this terrible news on Facebook...had a few chats with Frank,never knew him personally,but a outstanding man he seemed to be..Frank you will be missed sorry that we never met..RIP brother...

Sharing a hobby IS a way to truly know a person. His skills in building were shared with others, and his comments were always were enjoyed. The loss of one diminishes us all. I am grateful for the Net as a way to share our passion for building models and friendships!
