Hello everyone! My real name is AL but had the name Grumpy pinned on me back in the day when I raced dirt oval.  I was big in modeling back in the late 50's/early 60's when I was a kid. I got away from it for many years and recently started again after being disabled. It keeps me busy and love the finished product. My favorite builds are race cars and old hot rods. But wave any model in front of me and I will do it.
This place looks busy and a bit confusing so hope to figure it out. |

Welcome Grumpy glad to have another circle track racer aboard I myself have dirt racing in my blood done it many seasons but just about gave it up lately just cost to much any more ! Just look around every one here is really nice bunch of guys and helpful ! Looking forward to seeing some of your work when you are ready !  |

Welcome grumpy! I think you'll find many people here with lots in common. I myself have come back to modeling after a 30 year hiatus, and I couldn't be having any more fun than I am here.
