I love shoebox Fords, definitely my favorite late 40's early 50's cars. I like the direction this one is heading and will follow along.

A mock up of the front. I figured since I was modifying the panel lines, I filled in the truck lines and will redo them in a different shape. Also added the taillights. Will make the them body color. Here's where I'm at.

So I laid some paint on it. Krylon rubbed bronze black is the color I think. Not too bad. Still thinking of red scallops though. Gonna let the clear dry, maybe some panel lines for the doors and try some. See what happens.

Thanks guys. So as you had seen before, I covered the panel, planning to redo them later. I got excited and impatient and sprayed the paint. I went back to try to do panel lines and of course the paint flaked of a bit. I'm u happy with it all. The body for this kit is now for sale if you're willing to put the time in to fix it. It has some nice lines and body work. PM me if interested.

Awe man, that's sad to hear. This was looking so righteous too. I thought about PMing you for a minute, but decided I have too many things going on already on my benches and in my head.
