I can't believe you stuffed those M&T's under the wheelwells JP! It's a monster for sure. Let me know if you ever want some windshield or window support decals. I got a bunch from SLIXXS. Congrats bro! I'm just waiting until spring to get my body painted (and the bodies of every other model except the Ebay contest) 'cause the wife won't let me paint inside anymore. Either that or I get the the paint booth!

Just keep choppin' those axle tubes a little at a time, right? Reminds me of when I installed C-clip eliminators in the Mustang rear. I had to use a disc cutter to remove 3/4" of the end of the axle tubes so I could install aluminum bearing holders on the outside of the axles. One false move and the entire rear end was toast!

Dude: May I ask what Willys kit is that from? Are those the same resin tires you turned me on to from Comp Resins? Dang they look big! Check out SBMC. For $10, they've got a Ford 9" rear with 4 link and wheelie bars. If you wanna use the rear and axle tubes you've got, Scott Popham at futurattractions.com sells 4 link kits that are a direct hookup/replacement for Revell pro mod stuff (kinda like the setup from the prostock T-bird?) Give him a shout out from me. He's a believer and a great guy. LOT'S of P/E stuff, coil-overs, etc. and totally reasonable prices!

Will do when I get some some money That's what I think I'm gunna do is get one of those rear link set up's from Ted's and go all out on this baby. Yes these are the REAL RUBBER tires from comp resins they're awesome. You gotta sand them done a bunch and rim them out with dremel to get these rims to fit but man THEY LOOK SOOOOO REAL !!

CM: I saw 2 setups: one is from Scott at futurattractions.com and is P/E I believe; looks really nice and there are two, one specifically designed to fit Revell pro mod type cars. The other type I saw is from Scale Model By Chris; it's a full one piece (or assemble it yourself) just like you and I used on our T-birds. The 4-link is plastic and has a couple of tabs on each side where the rear/axles fit; it also has shocks designed the same way as ours with wheelie bars and 4 link attachment points (two of 'em) that glue to the body underneath. I think it may have the cross bar link as well. Good news is that both pieces are around $10!!! The SMBC piece looks easier as a one piece build because the futurattractions pieces are two separate sides of 4 link with multiple connection points and use pins I thinkto attach: www.futurattraction.com/7.html (look around 1/2 down the page). I'm pretty sure Scott would provide instructions or help!

That is perfect John. Now I have a better understanding of how the 4 link arms look.
