Hello, my name is Dan and I was invited by Iceman-555 to come and visit. Well, here I am and I'll look around and post some of my stuff here. Thanks for the invite and the 68 Firebird Iceman. I plan on building this as a Knafel Pontiac "Tin Indian". I now need two more sets of the headers that come in this kit for a couple of 66 GTO's that will also be Tin Indians.  Dan |

Well lets see ....68 Firebird...Knafel Pontiac....Tin Indian.....66 GTO's , I think I have found my long lost brother ! Welcome make sure you check everything out and jump into a contest or two ! Pontiac's are my thing, I have several posted on here. let me know which headers you need and I might be able to help you out.

Thanks for the welcome guys. I have noticed some of the names here are some that I know from other forums. Looks like I'm gonna like it here fer sure. Grandpabeast, the headers that I'm in need of are the ones from the Revell 68 Firebird. They will fit under the 66 GTO and I want to build two of the 66 GTO Tin Indians. They are opposite colors from each other. One is Black on top and White on the sides and the other one has the colors reversed. I'll start a thread on these builds that I'm in the process now. I will check and see if I have the headers ( headers ? and not exhaust manifolds ? ) i am guessing they were an option on that kit !

Thanks guys. Grandpa, the headers aren't in the 66 GTO kit. I got them from the 68 Firebird kit by Revell. Even the Royal Pontiac kit has no headers in it either. It's the same kit as the one that I have. They show a drag car on the box and there's only stock parts in the kit. I was really disapointed in that fer sure. Dan

Thanks Skip. I really don't want any help for rehab cause there ain't nothin wrong with me. You see, I'm not an addict, and I don't have a problem.  I just love working on plastic models. Cars and trucks that is, with a plane thrown in once in awhile. Dan |
