After NASCAR started th Craftsman Truck series, the CART people felt a bit left out, but couldn't come up with a viable solution. Here is my answer to their problem... the Pretend Indy Truck Series (PITS). This is a build frm earlier this year, but i had the WIP pics, so I thought I would share them... This is the starting kit I got it used. There had been some painting done, but the masking had "leaked" I started to fix the paint, intending to build the regular car, then got my crazy idea So, I started cutting. A lot of my ideas take this route...get the concept and dive right in, then deal with the flaws in the plan as they occur I had an old pickup cab, but obviously it was way too wide So I chopped out the middle, and put the two outsides together. But now it was too tall. But a little chop action fixed that problem That's it for the WIPs. I post the completed project in a few minutes...gotta go feed the animals right now.

OK!!! I think I see where you are going with this. I believe you may be sick and twisted,...and I like that. Cool idea, can't wait to see more.

I must admit, I have seen a lot of those cabs chopped and channeled, but never sectioned, lol.
