First off, I've gotta say that whole deal with the brisket stuffed/ beef & bacon wrapped jalepenos sounds like the way to go. My dang mouth is watering already. lol.
Secondly, I'm a big Pontiac fan myself and am always down for an arrowhead crest adorned car as I worked for GM Dealers as an automotive tech on these cars from 1996 all the way to the end in 2009. The T/A was always a favorite of mine over the Camaros because of their styling. They always seemed to be flashier in terms of looks over their Chevrolet counterparts.
Lastly, I didn't know that there was a model of this car as I've been a fan of this car since its re-creation in 2004. I much preferred the 6.0 litre version a year or two later but these were just cool cars (except for the security system--NEVER lose a key!!) What kit is this Johnny?

It was an old Revell kit I believe. Came out right around 2004 when the GTO came back. This one was a snap together kit that came unpainted. I painted it all but didn't have to glue any of it together. I have another one that is a 2005 that does have the 6.0 and the more appealing exhaust, it too was a snap together and came with a pearl white body with black interior.

I may have to find one of these because I've been wanting to build one for a while now. Thanks Johnny!!
