Hello everyone, recently got this started project on a club collection action for $5, what I want to do wit it is make a gasser with a very detail engine and some extra deta details around, so far added a old school racing driver, and take the original engine out and put a ford 385 engine with a multiple carb manifold, love the paint already and I decided to live it like that, I want to here from you guys what you think about this project Attachment Deleted

Very cool looking build.Where did you get the driver? This is a cool project to me, I like gassers and this one I want to make something nice, the driver came from the monogram kit Jim Hall Chaparal 2d couple, the driver came already painted, and why I’m using that, because when I got the kit was already started and I don’t like what the previous owner did, he open the door and it doesn’t looks like something I would do, so I’m using the kit for parts... Any progress on this one? Sounds like a great project to me. Looking forward to an update. I like this project, not much progress on it just because I’ve been striping the paint and the chrome from the parts I’ll be using for the build, and still need to upgrade some of them here’s a pic of what I’ve done... Same thing today with this great project, I put it on the Classic Plastic Model car show in the (work in progress) class and got 3rd place, so from this point forward need to work more on the details to make it a 1st place winner Attachment Deleted
