Dude that looks kick a$$!!!! Love the look!!! I'm thinking this car looks awesome. And it went together pretty easy. Can't wait to get my hands on a new chassis and detail it for this build. Thanks.

hey Mopar Charlie, looking very cool!! I have a few volare kits I want to do this to, just haven't gotten to them yet. so I will be watching this build. that chassis is from the Camaro kit. they are still around. the firebird chassis may be the same too, but they did some changed to that one at sometime. it went from the lenco to the air shifted liberty, but should be close.

Thanks. It's the Lenco. Told the Olds is also the same. Got some feelers out there and have nibbles. Looking forward to getting the new chassis to build.

OH NO...contraire, my friend. the olds has a totally different rear axle setup. some funky thing Jegs came up with. still a 4 link, but it has some extra stuff in there. I would stick to the Camaro or the firebird. hate to say this, but I am a sucker to helping people out, if you get into a bind, send me a PM, I may be able to help you out.

you know, the more I look at the picture, the more I am not sure. I have never put together the olds chassis. I would bet mu life that that is the firebird/Camaro chassis, but they have FLAT firewalls the Olds has the firewall pictured there. heck, I may have to wipe all the cob webs away from my model room and do some investigating on this one.

Me too. I had Firebirds, Camaros, and Oldsmobile pro stock at the same time and parted them out. I cannot remember which chassis is which. Bummer because I want to get one so I can build it right for this car. Just going to keep trying to figure it out and get one!
