Nope - I noticed as well. In fact, that little blue thingy car, I noticed the steering was correct for me here in the states.
I thought that was a bit weird, because all the rest had the steering wheel on the wrong side, LOL

The little blue thing is a trabant, it's got a tiny 2 stroke motor and is made of a weird compressed cloth type material. It was the peoples car of east germany until the wall came down. Ironically it's name translates as rocket or something, lol
