I am going with a Foose version of the 67' Charger, with the 426 HEMI!! Being Muscle car month, i thought everybody would be building Mopar's......

I'm sure you'll do better than a foose version...

The first gen Chargers are my favorite muscle car of all time. So I'll be following right along.

Thanks guys, well, here goes. STEP 1 : Always make it lower, the pics on the box, it sits nice, but in real life, it don't..... So i raised the upper wishbone, and made a new upright spindle. Lots of finessing yet, but you get the idea. Then, of course the engine is never big enough or tough enough, so i added a bit of height to the inlet manifold. And a couple of bigger carby's too. Lowered the rear a bit too, here is the final stance. ( hopefully).. No clue where the wheels came from, but they are a bit old school, AND WIDE..

Dale What color are we going with here? Thanks guys, Iceman, your welcome, I like to show people how I do stuff, it takes the mystery out of it all, and hopefully helps out as well.
Tony, up until last night, I had no clue, but I have decided on an Aussie Mopar factory color MAGENTA, it came out on some of our chargers. ( it is a pinkish color, same as my nomad in the gallery).
cheers for following guys, some updates tonight hopefully..

Dale What it ain't painted yet! I figured you would have had paint down by the time you answered my question. Can't wait to see it! I always paint the body last, so when i do test fits etc, i don't ruin the paint work. Also, after i paint it, all i want to do is get it together, so if i haven't done all my other details by then, they don'y get done... Well, here is my HEMI..

Beautiful engine detailing definitely looking very sharp.. I think I'm going to start doing as you do paint my bodies last. There always the 1st thing I do on my builds

Dale
I always paint my body's 1st. As much as I mess up on painting the bodies, I need all the extra time to give them a purple bath!

Thanks guys, Mike, it helped me do a much better model by not rushing to see the finished project, and concentrate on the details, then the final was usually worth the wait..

Thanks Midnight, but not a patch on your engine detailing, but I can't see all that small stuff, I lose more than I use..

Thank's Dennis, well , got the interior done, pretty basic in black, just like they were, but with the fancy Foose seats .
