I don't have time to do a lowrider justice so I think I'll jump right on to my muscle car build. I'll be building Revell's 67 Chevelle. A guy in the neighborhood had one of these when I was a teen, so I plan to build this to look like his did back in the day. Pictures coming soon!

Thanks Guys! I've been away a couple of weeks and now I'm behind! Everyone really seems to be stepping up their game this month! I've just done a basic build mostly out of the box except the wheels. It's based on a car a guy had back when I was a teenager. All the time while building this one the song Uneasy Rider by Charlie Daniels kept going though my head, some I hung a peace sign from the rear view mirror! This is where I started. The kit was actually several partial kits thrown together and I had to get some additional parts to finish it, but now I have enough parts to build another prostreet version! This is a mock up as to what I'm going for. Nothing to wild just your basic everyday driver from the 70's. I plan to use a stock hood, but didn't have one when this picture was taken. Williams car had a small block in it, but since this isn't a "replica" of his car, but just a representation, I left the 396 in place The interior is also very basic. I used a set of decals for the gauges and painted the interior black and white The Cragar mags and tires came from an AMT 70 1/2 Camaro. I just LOVE these wheels! I had to create a set of wheel backs to fit the rear tires. The front ones fit without any fuss Finally got a stock hood and primed and painted the body Next pictures will be of the completed model! Thanks for watching!
