Picked this one up pretty cheap as a built up. A two day soak in LAs Totaly Amazing Stripper got all the bad paint off. Some body work to do before putting some paint on it and rebuild. Not liking the Red White and Blue paint scheme with the fresh air arrows on the hood. Thinking a light blue mettallic / off white top and two tone interior. Ditch the scoop and put a cowl induction hood on, raise the back just a bit and stick some nice wheels and tires on it. All the years I have been working on models I never bought one of these. This car has some neat lines. Before. After.

I will have to get a picture, unless? Do you have a Dollar General around you. This stuff is in with all the cleaners and strippers. It comes in a clear, round 1/2 gallon jug. Kind of the same color as Apple juice. 3 bucks a bottle. Irony is Purple Power is also sold at a Dollar General too. That stuff is in a different area of the store. By the automotive stuff. I use it also and it does good work. It only comes in gallon bottles and is about 6 bucks. Check it out. By the way, ya gotta use covered bins for best results. Open bowls etc break down the strippers effects as stuff escapes into the atmosphere and it won't work as well. Dollar General has some nice sealed top bins the perfect size for models at about three bucks a piece. Good luck. Chas.
