Here's my 60 Impala Low Rider wagon
And a couple more
Got this finished eventually. It's slightly lowered, changed the wheels and removed the headrests as 2 were missing. I added some stuff to the interior such as an rc car, can of 7up and a bag on the back seat. Had a few problems with the front vent windows having the tabs to hold them on the outside of the body which looked naff so I swapped them about which meant the mirrors wouldn't fit. It has no engine. I also had to make a grille for the front as it was missing.
OK, i can't resist this one, i built this model many many years ago, as my "dream family car"..
The perfect tidy street "sleeper", nobody would guess just by driving up near it... evil6
A set of 5 spoke wheels and lowered is about the only thing noticeable, and maybe the speakers in the rear, if you had a good sticky beak, you would see the NOS bottles.
BUT!! When you lift the hood, 2 x turbo's................and a Siamese blower system, with NOS. Not to mention the pro street tube front end.... smileyCASHS601_zps1c54a9c5

couple more.
My 5.. a few extra.
Started out as two 64 GTOs and one 66 Chevelle wagon. One body gave up its grill ( no gto grill ) and was then cut up to make the woodie pieces and the other received the roof from the wagon. The engine is out of the 68 Firebird kit. Color is Sea Foam Blue.

Well, while I do have that awesome Del Rio wagon I could use; I said I would use this one when I saw the theme. So I'll save the Ford for another day. I noticed that there was some white showing in a few of the pictures, so I went back and took care of it.....Snapped a couple more pictures after the touch up.
Okay, I posted this in the wrong place smiley-wagging-his-finger-saying-no-emoticon. so GB asked me to repost it. This is a replica of the 1996 Caravan my first wife had to have! When Lindberg did a model of the 1996 Caravan they happened to choose the same trim level that we had: the LE. The only thing different on the kit was that it was molded in a dark red color and ours was call mauve (I think smiley-confused005) anyway, I went to the dealership and bought a bottle of touchup paint mixed it and shot it through my airbrush. The lower part of the body (on the 1:1 van was plastic panels) So I mixed paints to match. It turned out to build into a nice shelf model, but has no engine and most of the interior is hidden behind that dark window tint.

AMT's '39 Wagon Rod. Pretty much box stock, metallic gray Testors paint, and a whole lot of flocking gong on!
