These are quick pics of a quick build. I needed a break from the rigors of the Revival Mercedes and I just got this in the mail so I built it. This is one of those Testors die-cast kits. I would like to have a nice detailed version of this car but this is the only kit made I can find. Lot of complete die-cast versions but no kits. This car is built by Horatio Pagani in Italy and cost $2,000,000 and is no. 1 on my list of "Cars I Would Love to Own." It has a v-12 Mercedes AMG engine and is in the 200 MPH club. The thing that really sets it apart is the way it drives. The editor of Car & Driver went to the factory and went for a drive with 'ol Horatio himself and he said it was the most pleasurable car to drive he had ever been in. This guy has driven some cars too. I couldn't do much to it but I detailed the interior a little bit and the wheels. The wheels were solid silver and I didn't like them like that so I dolled them up some. Just a fun build of a car I particularly like.

Very cool Dennis. I would really like to see this car in styrene. YouTube Lewis Hamilton driving his Zonda thru the tunnel in Monaco, a bit amusing.

It is available in styrene but it's one of those super expensive £1000 kits. I've seen the McLaren mp4 from the same manufacturer and they are really detailed but the price is just too high

It's a great looking car indeed. Nice job on the few details you added, Dennis. Always great to take a break from the usual grind!

You're right Ice it is nice to take a break especially if it's grinding like the one I am on.

I first saw a Zonda when I was playing Gran Turismo 3 about 12 years ago. The exhaust is the coolest part about the car. Very nice build.
