I don't know how many of you are wrestling fans but I have been for almost 30 years. I have grown up watching Hulk Hogan, Andre the Giant, and many many more. Last month the wrestling world was shocked with the sudden passing of "The American Dream" Dusty Rhodes. Tonight I found out that at 61 years of age "Rowdy" Roddy Piper had passed. None of these are ever expected. I always am in a state of shock when I hear about one of my heroes passing away. Roddy was an incredible talent, one of the best on the mic. Rest in Paradise Roderick "Roddy Piper" Toombs.

Oh man. I remember the wwe. So different now. Back in the days the hour long show would show nobodies. Only the main event had these bigger name guys. When they had wrestlers coming on left and right all the matches turned into great ones. I stopped watching after Stone Cold left, I catch Brock led at once in a while.
Piper was a big talker. Rip indeed.

I was about seven and had the great honor of being backstage in peoria Illinois. He was one that came right up to me and talked to me so this one hits close to home and my heart Just when you thought you knew all the rules I went and changed the game. R.I.P. Hot Rod
