I'm working on my very first 1/8th scale project, but not my last. Once you've priced new kits, It becomes quite obvious that you can't afford new kits to rob parts as you would in 1/25. $$$ Ouch! So, with that being said... I'm looking to buy 1/8 scale parts, glue bombs, or junkers. If the price is right, I'll buy them for my parts stash. Thanks! Bill

Glad someone found parts for you Bill.
Paul is a straight up guy. I've traded with him a few times and has helped me with my wish list with some rare kits.

Check out TDR Innovations, they have a 3D printing store through Shapeways that offers scales from 1:8 to 1:43 for most parts. They have a lot of engines and engine components, rear ends, and accessories. They also have full chassis and bodies, but they can get expensive. They're great to deal with, too, when I was looking for some 572 Valve Covers, I emailed the site owner and in 2 days they were ready to order. Check them out, all the 1/16 parts I've gotten from them have been phenomenal...I'd assume the 1/8 would be even better and more detailed.

However, My objective here is to compile a supply of cheap parts.
