Revell 39 Wagon Rod - tried to go strictly stock, added a flocking headliner, carpeting, and the wood graining, well lets just say a one time mix of flat brown, flat tan, and a pencil is what I came up with for the wood graining. LOL

Some people reckon this kit looks like a busted ass, but i love em', I think they are one TUFF looking rod, well detailed, nice wheels and a different engine. ( i have built 2 of them). You have turned out a cool version mate. Nice job. hand-clapping-smiley-emoticon

Tom that looks AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!! Nice work on the detail painting and the wood looks awesome too! EVEN the underside wood grain detail. NICELY done!
The engine from what I can see also looks GREAT......... NICE work!
Any close ups of the engine? I am more interested in the type intake the ole thing has then anything! (I'm unfamiliar with the kit!)

Nice build CC! I have a couple of these that are gonna get stripped for the better street parts and junk the rest lol.
John the engine is a TPI LS1, like the '95 or so camaros came from the factory with.

DAMN! When did GM make the "LS" series go into the small block era? WOW LS-1 is a 350, thats pretty cool, they do anything special to it? For all I do know, I probably DID work on one! OR I oughtto say worked on several! Was "all" the 350's "LS-1"? Or just a special purposed type of 350?

The performance carburetored 350's were LT-1s and when they switched to fuel injection they changed the name to LS-1. If you really want to get confused the new 5.3 liters are LS-2s lol.

Now the LT-1 I know, and am familiar with.......Thats why I had to ask.....
LS-2's.....OMG.... This is about as bad as the LS-5, LS-6 and the proposed LS-7...ALL "454's". The LS-7 was never to be made, or was it? They say no, BUT.... I seen an LS-6 that wasn't quite an LS-6, surely wasn't an LS-5, BUT was factory as it sat....Above and beyond the LS-6 model tho......

Lol, it all gets a little confusing in the newer stuff, to me at least since I'm a Ford guy. The new ZR1 Vettes have a supercharged LS-9 in them, just to add to the mix lol.
Hey CC, sorry about the slight highjack here!

Yepper sorry CC for hijacking your thread! All engine talks over a single model, yeah I know I can get carried away!
