Looking really good Marcos...If I were you I would add some thin strip plastic to the door edges and get the gaps tighter and more to final shape before paint. Do leave enough of a gap for paint build up of course...Its starting to shape up nicely Marcos.

Thanks Pete, yes I did think of the gaps on those areas, but when I try that with some styrene the door didn't open because of the shape of those door, I even had to sand a little bit the doors on the top area to make them open well, been think what else can I do

You could probably get away with some filler on that right lower door edge just to square it up and call it good... I'm Going to get some primer pics up in a minute here for you Marcos. I'll post em here for you...

These are my go to primers since I can no longer get Plastikote primers in my area. The first is the filler primer you read about me using on my builds. It is heavy and lays down with a semi coarse finish Hence the 500 on the label. It has about a 500 grit finish to it once dry. Dry to the touch in 15 minutes and sandable in about an hour. (Unless you really lay it on heavy/ which isn't necessary with this stuff) It can also be brushed on in areas where you only need a dollop to fill a nick or scratch. You will have to let a thick dollop of this stuff dry overnight and yes it will shrink up as it dries when used in this fashion. The 1500 is the BOMB. I love this stuff use it for almost all of my final prime work befor efinal wetsand and paint. It dries with a 1500 grit finish (Smooth man...Real smooth) you don't even have to sand it if you don't want to. Lay the finish color over it and it will look great!. Of course the Tamiya fine primer. I have this in grey/white and oxide red and will use them when the finish color dictates what color primer to use or best coverage/color accuracy. They are all lacquer based and are reduced with lacquer thinner...

Looks really good Marcos!!! If your worried about paint bleeding under the tape and leaving a ragged line to touch up. Use good fine line tape like Tamiyas or Magic tape (The stuff we use to wrap Christmas presents with) and you wont get bleed through and it leaves a razor sharp edge too!! The magic tape does not conform well to curves or round surfaces though. But! for straight lines/stripes, it works well. Cant wait to see some decals and clear coat on this one!!!

Thanks Pete, and thank you for the masking tip, definetly i'll try that on my next project, on this one i did use a masking type from Hobby Lobby and i thing did great, my friend help me telling me how to do a good masking but the masking tape did help me that much, and can't wai to apply some decals to this project ether man
