Hey guys,I decided for the 5th anniversary build that I'm gonna turn the AMT 56 T Bird into a gasser. This is the kit that I'm gonna use and I will also use some of my resin parts and some spare parts from the parts box.  |

Thanks guys! Did some work on the engine tonight...Being its a ford engine I didn't have any headers that would work... so I scratch built a set from 5/64 solder and some 3/16 tubing ...then I chromed them with Molotow liquid chrome. I'm gonna wait a few days then clear the headers with spaz stix ultimate clear coat. Thanks for looking guys!!!   |

Did you airbrush the Molotow? It looks great. Can't wait to see it after it's cleared.

Thanks Don, I brushed the Mototow on heavy.. it seems to go on good that way just as good as using a airbrush.I still need to clear it yet.

Thanks guys! got a little more done on the gasser.I painted the interior parts pearl white and red metallic and also installed the headlights,turn signals and tail lights.The steering wheel is a photo etched piece with a rubber o ring.   |
