That almost looks like you primed, then dabbed some acrylic rust colors, then sprayed with enamel, it reacts, wipe away, and you got rust?
However or whatever you do - simply amazing!!!!

I dirtied up the windows on a "raced version" NASCAR build I did by spraying - from a distance to let it float down on the window, some dull coat clear.
