Thanks for the positive feedback fellas! This build was a little out of my comfort zone, I have never built a model with so many decals! Much respect to the guys here who do build racecars as decals have never been my strong suit.

This thing came out freaking awesome really a great job on the paint and decals. I've actually got this same kit thank you for building it will definitely be using it a reference on the paint I appreciate the compliments from everyone. This build was a bit out of my comfort zone. mike0157- The instructions don't give too much help as far as painting the car goes. The decals split the purple and yellow paint on the rear quarter panels. I had a hard time finding a yellow that was close enough to work. Then had to place the dry decal on the side to mock up and mask off. The way I did it was to paint the rear of the car yellow, mask off the rear end, then paint the rest purple metallic. I had an old kit that I started years ago when I first got into building models and thought I couldn't save it. I then bought an unopened kit that I started with for this build. One body I cleared, then laid decals and the other I laid decals and then cleared. The quarter panel decals actually overhang onto the rear window so I would recommend decals AFTER clear.
