So I have a question if wheel wells are cut out to make extra room for the tires to clear the body would that still be a pro street? I learned after I was doing a mock up the wheels will not clear the body with the new rear end. Needless to say I found out Malibu's fly quite well lol things lucky I didn't just torch it after fighting all afternoon to get that rear end in place it kinda got the best of me lol

Well after I calmed back down and cleared my head I decided to cut the axle tube down as far as I possibly could to pull the wheels in closer to the rear end I think the wheels just might clear the body now.

Did you modify any of the parts? I figured the kit parts would all fit pretty good.

Nice job on modifying, man, you really did have to cut this down to the max! Like that engine as well, clean and sharp looking!

Nope I didn't try to modify anything it just wouldn't go together by the instructions I fought it for at least an hour trying to get it together. But once I cut down the axle tubes from the nova kit i was able to tuck the wheels up under it.

Okay I need your opinions.what looks better just messing around with the looks this morning figure I have plenty of time to make some changes to the looks. If I use the scope it would either go body color or satin black.

Personally I like the look of the stacks sticking through the hood. If you do go with the scoop I'd think body color would be better than black....juat 2¢...

i'd go with the exposed engine. reason being I don't care for the scoop sitting above the cowl. too much of a gap and I think it would be too much work to fill it in since the body is already painted.

Thanks guy's I truly appreciate it. So I kinda ran it to a big problem last night some how or another I've managed to lose my grill to this devil of a car so I think I found one on ebay if the guy still has it Friday I'm going to try and get it. Then just the waiting game for it to show up in the mail. All I know to do is to have everything else complete and ready for that part

not a problem. I blame the (pick one)..
A) black hole in the floor where parts disappear forever.
B) model gremlins.
c) faulty memory banks.
you will find it in a different model box months from now.
