I love these build offs, it gives me a reason to do something with all the builds i was never happy with, and to go sick on them.... I think we are all familiar with the Aussie Holden Monaro that was sent over to you guys as a GTO. This is the closest we ever get to a real Aussie build in plastic, so i've done a couple over the years, this was one of the first one i ever built, all be it , stock, it was torn down many years ago, and some bits have been robbed or lost, so i will do my best to resurrect it, only a little bit TOUGHER !! I also know where i can get a Pro Street chassis in resin for this kit, might have to call in a favour from my ol' mate across town for this build..

Looking forward to it, vauxhall sold these and were so lazy they didn't even rename it, just doubled the price and swapped the radio

Cool! I'd be interested in knowing how to acquire one of the pro mod chassis for this car. I had 2 of these kits and was going to build both but am missing parts from the 2nd one. The first one I built like my 06. They are BADA$$ cars man! I love mine!

Yep - I do. But it takes me longer than a snail wrapping around a blade of grass to wipe his ass to build a kit - running-around-smiley-emoticon

Went and caught up with my local model buddy today, and picked up a Pro street chassis made for the GTO kit. Sorry JK, he purchased 2 of them about 5 years ago, used one, and i just scored the other, apparently the guy no longer does resin casting. So, here is the basis of my build, now to get stuck into it..

Well, finally got a bit of time on this one, Motor is basically done, rear end is mocked up, and found some wheels that might squeeze under it.

That car is downright B*TCHIN! I always wanted Pontiac to release a white GTO but they never did. I found a snap together kit that was an 05 in pearl white that looked fantastic. After my wedding I plan on supercharging my GTO, after seeing that I want to put a HUGE blower on it sticking through the hood! Or bonnet, however you see it. I also love the color choice on your model. VERY COOL!!!
