Well, i don't have much in the stash of hot rod style of stuff, so i slipped out and got an old body off a mate, who has about 60 of these things built among his few thousand builds. I am using some inspiration from Troy Trepanier's 600hp 4wd Quadradeuce, but with a Deecee touch of insanity............ YES, a 4WD, 32, maybe with a roof job, as i like a lid on top, also might just go a bit silly in the engine compartment too. This is all i have to start with, but i have an old chassis in the parts box, and the rest,...well, i will just have to start digging i suppose.

Well, the plan is slowly hatching, i found an old interior tub, grafted some door trims on to it, and made some seats fit aswell. Still needs a bit more tidying up and come up with a plan for the dash yet. Also had a late night working on the roof transplant while watching the F1 . I think the roof is off a Vette of some sort....maybe.... The next problem to solve will be the driveline.

yep - turning sweeter - I just knew it - what you planning for the front windshield? The A pillars I guess you would normally call these, but in this case, the stands for Aussie!!

First up, THANKS , Secondly, Tom, i plan on using a tiny Aussie pillar up the side of the screen after i make on, and Duster, it scares me too sometimes, just where this stuff pops from. smiley-scared002

Well guys, i have come up with the basic idea of motivation for this beast. We will start with a small block Nascar engine, add a Siamese blower, (thats two of them joined together), and then top it off with a pair of turbo's, just to get all 4 of those wheels turning rather rapidly. And yes, the engine will all stay satin black, some plumbing to do yet, as for body color, not tooo sure yet, but a gunmetal grey is looking good at the moment.

Glad i got your attention Duster...... Thanks Tom and poet. As i am going sinister with this one, chrome wheels would not suit the look, and not wanting to paint a good set of wheels, i dug up an old scummy set from the bottom of the box, and then narrowed them to suit a set of tyres from a Viper kit, once this was done, i painted them black. Next job was to make engine mounts, but that wasn't going to work well, so i made a solid engine cradle to hold it all solid.

Some KILLER work going on their for sure.. The Roof is Awesome ( nice job there for sure, looks like it was made for it.. ) The Wheels look great .. That Engine .. WHAT DO I SAY >>> A Real Beast ! ! Very nice.. The interior., Swaeeet. The Door panels look like some kind of Mopar , and the dash kind of resembles a Vette or possibly a Viper..The Seats --Very Cool.. All of that and a 4X4 to boot , just ridiculously OFF THE HOOK as the saying go's ... Cant wait to see it done , keep up the great work... Tom

Thanks guys, as you know, i like to go over the edge sometimes...... Well, got the 4x4 drive system sorted, with a corvette ondipendant rear end, with some prop shafts made from metal tube. Don't know where the front diff came from, but i also made a transfer case too. The paint is a Hyundai Metal Grey, it is the color i used on the bumpers on my 1:1 ute. Here is a mock up of what i will end up with...

Swwet. It look's like pure evil. If that came up in your rear view mirror you'd want to get out of the way before it chews you up and spits you out.
