That is definitely cool. I didn't know we had an artist on board. For your next mission, if you choose to accept it, you would have to build any one of those as a Car-Toon build. And I think you might of already done so. That kit you're building for the Car-Toon forum, its one of those right?

thank you Jesse and Iceman:D the cartoons build actually isn't one of these but definately in the same vein. as far as building one of these, there is one very similar in the planning stages as we speak. BUT you don't get to find out until i build it because it will also be a MOTM build here

Thanks for showing these Frank. You have a serious talent for this and I appreciate it. I have artistic talent in a lot of areas but surprisingly the one thing I always wanted to do was draw and I cannot draw a straight line. I really wish I could do what you have done here. Stay with it and thanks again.

Nice work Frank, i used to do a lot of drawings for people, of their 1:1, but have not done so for a long time, but have been asked only last week to do a concept drawing of a wagon that is going to be chopped, tubbed and blown, for a friend, just so everybody else can see what he is on about. Good work mate.

OMG......... I don't hand draw, BUT with MS Paint I do a little...I used to hand draw but got out of it for building the actual item or model of what I was drawing..... Frank, this would explain it.....your comment on my "Santa Hemi....sleigh" build......You knew the artist who did it! I just seen that pic last year around Christmas 2013, and just popped into me ole Irish head and off to the bench the idea went to come out seen as a 3D model here.... NOW I'll have to post a couple of my MS Paint drawings..... ALSO, LOVE da Mopars ya did! two-thumbs-up-smiley-emoticon Thought about taking a '69 Charger R/T and making it Monster Truck, and painting as "00" with all the rest of the decals from General Lee! I bet, i'm NOT thee only one to think that one up tho! NICE work! EDIT: I really can not spell or type!

thank you Mike, Dennis and Dale sounds like it'll be your turn to post up some artwork soon Dale, and now you know where to put it. Thanks for the invite Frank, Here is a couple i was asked to do for friends of their real 1:1's. 1974 XB Ford Falcon coupe, 351, wheel tubbed and smoothed everywhere. Real car, Drawings 1975 Holden station wagon, tunnel rammed 400 chev, violet paint. 1972 LJ GTR XU1 Holden Torana. Stinking hot 202 6cyl holden engine with triple webbers, would probably beat the top two on the race track. Thanks Frank.

WELL I'm not as talented as those shown here by hand, BUT, heres what I've done on MS Paint, on the computer...... I drew these free hand, AND colored them all on MS Paint on the computer! So all you know, NO, they are NOT "completed" I have a bit yet to do on them, when I have a chance.....These I started last year as I had a broken right hand and couldn't do a lot so........ I had to occupy myself, somehow! ALL were drawn on MS Paint, Left-handed!

Thanks Frank! A bit of work to get those to look that way.... speaking of. notice the headers!!!!!!!! LOL where'd you see THOSE before? I however changed a few details and as seen they aren't "completed", BUT yeah..... Had a ton of fun drawing those, from pictures out of a Haynes manual! LOL Kinda like a cross cut version of the motor......opposite from one side to the other! PLUS I have others to get high rise "Tunnel-Ram" intakes and all too! LOL The colors, as you see are all custom mixed in MS Paint, by me to get as close as I could to the real thing! "Silver" is the most difficult color I find.... I had to try something! Remember, these were done while I had a broken right hand and it was healing and seemed then to take forever!!!!!

Nice work there young fella, By using the LEFT hand, you should be so much more talented than all those right handed commoners mate, as it is the artistic side of the human.. ...............................................( yes, i am left handed.).. And thanks for the comments too guys.

Thanks guys! It was a blast to keep my occupied at the time..... The colors of purple (Plum Crazy Purple) was done from a 1970 color swatch I have....As is the Panther Pink. BOTH colors were brought to you by my daughter......LOL WHEN the Hemi Orange one is done, I want to have it printed onto a shirt, and maybe even a poster..... The REAL intense ones I done, I've got to find them on my shop 'puter....They were of INSANE design builds I did of trains......I just have to figure out what the hell I done with them. Some finished others not! BUT intense detail, you bet!

Did someone say, "Artwork?" Here's a car design that was stuck in my head in high school: An MS-Paint sketch of my Jeep: A scribble of a McLaren F1 from the '90s: PaintShop Pro version of my Honda Civic VX: A friend asked me to draw a vampire bat, comic-book style: And finally, here is the last thing I [seriously] drew after joining a local Art Club (thought it was a good idea at the time). It's also the nicest thing I've ever drawn to date: I have a whole bunch of CARtoons-type artwork from when I was in high school... I'll hafta dig it out and scan it in.
